Refund & Return Policy

Please choose carefully, as we do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind.

Refunds or replacements will only be provided where an item is proven to be faulty or damaged, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. Please contact us before returning an item so we can provide return instructions.

Orders placed for collection at the book launch are non-refundable if they are not collected.
